About our building
Our building is known as 'The Chapel'
Purchased in 2015, The Chapel is our 6th, but now permanent location.
Copper Coast Baptist Church services met in various schools around the Copper Coast until finally settling for the first service in December 2015 at our Owen Tce building.
The Hall
The Hall is where all our services happen - with around 112 seats, plus a stage for musicians and a sound desk, it is the hub for our building.
Stained glass windows line the walls, along with photographs and artwork from members from our congregation.
With heaters for the winter, and fans plus air-conditioners for summer, the room is set to be comfortable all year round.
Common Room
In the common room, tables and chairs are set up for anyone to sit at and chat, especially after the service.
Pre-School 'Poppas' is held in here, and there is also a play pen for the younger children.
A library is located in the common room for anyone to borrow books from, and paintings from congregation members line the walls.
Foyer
The foyer is where Children's Ministry is held, along with our shared lunch on the last Sunday of each month.
Various other events are held here throughout the year, such as Tai Chi classes, Keep Fit Boxing, and prayer vigils.
The foyer leads onto the kitchen and bathrooms, and is the first room you will see upon entering our building.
